Myth 1:

To lose weight you must avoid fat.

Fact:
Many people make the mistake of cutting out all the fat from their diet in an attempt to get lean and toned. Some fats, especially the omega-3 fats found in fish, are essential for your health and offer a host of important benefits, including faster fat loss, improved muscle tone and a reduced risk of heart disease.
More interesting still, studies show that fat keeps you fuller for longer, because it prevents your stomach from emptying out too quickly. Some examples of good fats are oily fish, avocadoes and nuts (such as almonds). Another alternative are high-quality EFA formulas; high quality EFA formulas usually come in capsule form and can be bought from all good health food shops, which makes it even easier to boost your EFA intake.

Note: Essential fats, can even improve your mood and mental functions, therefore this should hopefully increase your work output
